To access the site, please use the following:
Username: Employee ID
Password: lower case first letter of your first name + your two-digit birth month + the first five digits of your SSN

(For example, a user named John Doe with Date of Birth of 3/12/1988 and SSN of 123-45-6789 will get j0312345 for the new password)


You will be asked to change your password after your initial login.

HOW THE COBRA PROCESS WORKS
Your current or former employer offers extended coverage to employees for up to 18 months after termination in accordance with the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA). If you are or were currently enrolled in COBRA eligible coverage (example: Medical, Dental, Vision) as an active employee you may be eligible to continue these coverages through COBRA.
